Our history
Over the past 30 years we have grown a team of dedicated professionals providing a wide range of services from pump station design, installation and maintenance. As we grew we also developed a successful drainage capability and large tanker fleet, taking our offering from simply pumping solutions, to providing a complete ‘water in, waste out’ service.
In 2019 Willow Pumps joined the Franchise Brands Group, becoming a close partner to Metro Rod and Metro Plumb and benefiting from being part of a supportive and proactive network.
We extended our range of capabilities further in 2020 by providing customers with a full mechanical and electrical design service for all types and sizes of installations for both wastewater and freshwater systems. Carrying out all design, supply and installation work in-house has enabled us to provide a superior end-to-end customer service, taking away all the miscommunication between multiple subcontractors.
We work with customers to produce a site-specific design ensuring the solution not only meets their pumping needs but is efficient, cost-effective, reliable, and durable. In 2020, Willow Pumps worked with leading house builders and construction companies and their teams to carry out supply and installation (S&I) work on 250 pump stations.
We also carried out over 3,000 servicing and maintenance visits and played a key role working with leading supermarkets and other key establishments to ensure they could remain operational during the Covid-19 crisis.
